Tiger released many fishmen to the ocean, but the mark of their slaverly will never dissapear... Tiger became the enemy of the World Government, and he formed the Pirates of the Sun with the former slaves, and set out to sail...!!
He changed the mark of slaverly on their bodies into the mark of the Sun, as if to erase their curse....!!!

By the way, Fisher Tiger is already dead, and the fishmen pirates have split into multiple groups.

Hancock cries, and says

Hancock: Even if we have to decieve our entire nation... we will never show any weakness!!! We don't want to be enslaved by anyone anymore...!!!

Luffy: ....
Hancock: You.... do you despise me for being slave?
Luffy: No, I hate the Tenryuubito!!!

Hancock laughs, and says: I like you!! Tell me where you want to go!! I will let you borrow a ship

Luffy: really!!?
